"Erica and Jen have created a safe and inclusive way of helping seniors and their families navigate care homes. My siblings and I had no idea where to start with this process. Jen and Erica took the time to sit with us and explain the Fraser Health system as well as private pay care. We were able to tour homes, ask loads of questions to staff, and talk to some of the residents. They responded quickly to texts, even when it wasn't during "business hours."
