  • Help you navigate the local Health Authority should you require subsidies
  • Liaise with local Health Authorities, Social Workers, doctors, etc. 
  • Provide reports to you and/or your loved ones
  • Creating personalized care plans
  • Downsizing/Packing assistance
  • Organize movers & move out cleaning services
  • Be there every step of the way to support you through the whole process

Packages

We offer a Three Tour Package & a Five Tour Package
Each package includes the following:
  • Arranging all tours & lunches (trying the food is super important)
  • Transportation to and from all tours
  • Documentation & photos taken during tours for reference
  • Provide reports for you and your loved ones
  • Moving logistics
